If I could give a zero I would, I can only hope that somebody reads this and it stops them from buying anything from this company. They did not resolve the problem, the Xbox they sold me would randomly shut off and not allow certain games to be played. I tried to communicate with them they would not communicate back. A lot of money to spend on the device that doesn’t work. I am now disgruntled with Amazon and especially with this seller. Rip off do not buy from these people. I cannot believe Amazon allows this to happen!!! I will never buy something from Amazon electronic ever again.

Honestly it’s not bad it works fine only problem I had with it was sometimes the usb cable wouldn’t work but only sometimes other then that everything was great

I had been wanting a new Xbox for quite some time, but I needed a series x and had a difficult time justifying the price. Then I found this renewed unit on Amazon. I had a little extra money, so I decided to buy it. The product arrived a day early, which was a nice surprise, and while the original box was a little beat up, the unit itself shows no markings and was in excellent condition, just as advertised. Honestly, the only way I could even tell that it was “renewed” was that when I first turned it on, I needed to reset the machine to its original factory settings. That was a simple process that took no time at all. There are plenty of reviews on the Xbox itself and what a great machine it is, so this review is primarily to encourage people to consider buying renewed. I was certainly not disappointed for doing so.

I’ve been playing on my Xbox series x for 9 months now and I’m so glad I add this to my collection. I have the old Xbox 360 elite for 14 years and Xbox one s for 5 years. I’ve also had different Xbox ones over the years before my Xbox s tho. Loving them!
