This were my first usb headphones so there is not much for me to compare to. With that said it works well in games and only has problems in streaming videos but that might be a conflict with my own software. I say if you need new headphones quick, buy this while you save money for a better pair or just use this ones until they die.

I bought this headset last year and was skeptical at first due to the price. But the quality is sweet and just purchase another one for my wife.
* Sound Quality * I do not expect this to be as good as BEAT, but the sound quality is nice with deep bass. * Cable Quality * It is a braided 6 ft cable so it is long enough and also does not tangle 🙂 * Comfort * Foam on top is quiye soft and there is no pressure on my head. Ear pieces are aslo soft and there is no pressure. * Price * It is a bargain.

Fit: These fit me well and have a snug but not uncomfortable fit. I did re-buy these as my husband with a larger head size did borrow mine and they stretched out to be looser width wise. It fit him but they did stretch a bit (as in flattened the curve kinda) I have pierced ears and my upper ear loop can get irritated after wearing them awhile but the lower earlobe ones are not bothered at all. If I take out my upper earring I can wear them for hours and still be comfortable.
Sound: I can clearly hear people and people can clearly hear me through the mic. The mic doesn’t pick up the rest of the room very much at all which is nice. Obviously the sound of music does not compare well to headphones made for high quality sound but the other pair we had cost around $150 so considering these are almost a 1/10th of the cost it isn’t fair to compare that. I do hear directional sound and they work well on gaming and chatting with others online. If you want the best sound for music listening then you will have to buy a pair made for that.
Design: I like that the mic is a stiff bar that rotates down or up and is not one of those flexible ones. It has good spacing for me and pics up my voice well. The cord is pretty long and flexible with a velcro loop that I can coil extra around my desk bar easily. I like the button controller on the cord. The buttons are a bit smooth so sometimes I hit the wrong one while not looking but they are large and you can feel the spaces between the buttons. The only thing I don’t like about the controller is that I wish if the mic was off it would just not glow. Instead the mic on/off button is either blue or red. I painted over this with a thin layer of black nail polish so that it wouldn’t glow so brightly. I had my old pair for a few years and they still work well so they are decently sturdy. They just stretch out if used by someone with a larger head for awhile.

These are comfortable to wear and fit me well. Through the microphone, both I and others may be heard clearly. It’s good that the microphone barely picks up any noise from the room’s other participants. I can hear directional sound, and they are useful for online gaming and chat. You must get a pair designed for music listening if you want the finest sound quality.
The mic’s rigid bar that rotates down or up and lack of flexibility appeals to me. It fits my voice well and has appropriate spacing for me. The chord is really flexible and long, plus it has a velcro loop that I can simply coil extra around my desk bar. The cord’s button controller is something I enjoy. The buttons are big, and you can feel the spaces between them, but they are a little smooth, so occasionally I hit the wrong one without looking.
I’ve purchased headphones from this firm a few times, and I’ve always been pleased with the way they look and perform. As a gamer on a tight budget, I value how reasonably priced and useful their headsets are. Even with all the falls and walls it was hurled at, my old pair lasted more than a year and a half.

I was in need of a new headset after my daughter had broken my last set. I was looking through all the lower prices and was a little skeptical because of the price. The reviews on this were pretty favorable so I pulled the trigger and am so happy I did. The audio and the microphone work great and that was the main reason for a new pair. They are comfortable and should last for a long time.

Wanted a USB headset with mic to use on a gaming laptop, saw these and it fit what I was looking for and the bonus of a virtual 7.1 surround setup as well so I took the chance and bought them.
Once you have downloaded the drivers and restarted the computer to complete install, open up the software and right click on speaker icon that shows and this gives you access to turn on the surround sound etc.
Once I had set the headphones up I tested it with some music, it sounded clear and loud (had to turn volume down to 18 and was still loud) the controls on the headset worked good in Windows 10. Microphone also sounded clear when testing. I know those audiophiles who like there headsets to cost x4 or x5 times as much will complain about the sound. For those that are not those people then if your looking for a good budget friendly gaming headset then look no further than these.
Would I recommend these? Yes of course.. they sound good and are budget friendly, build quality so far seems good and I would buy another set in future
