It works well, my biggest complaint is that it doesn’t sit flush with the charging jack on my computer. Fit and finish is what I’d expect from a cheap charger.

The adapter was supposed to come with a cord to plug into the wall that would connect to the adapter that has an attached cord to plug into the computer. The product I received has a plug on the adapter so the cord length is not long enough to reach my computer!!! Very disappointed. Will be returning.

I ordered a new adapter last year with same numbers that didn’t fit plug in area… so I was skeptical. I was SO happy when this plug fit just as it should. The block got warm really quickly, but it did begin charging as it should.

I left my Asus charger at work and couldn’t get back in the building until Monday. After checking to make sure this charger was compatible with my laptop, I primed it to my home. It arrived quickly and properly packaged. The product charges well although the tip is a little too long for my laptop and pretrudes out more than Ixd like. It also gets really hot. I’m guessing that it is at a higher wattage than the original adapter that came with my laptop. Besides those two factors, the product is great.
