This was bought as an Xmas present and so far so good. It was a first watch for 12year old son. It has both digital and chronological time. Once you read the instructions it’s easy to follow the set up. The fact that it has light up time etc is a bonus for night time or the dark early mornings. The alarm is also a bonus to get up for school.

I don’t think you could get a better value for a kids watch! My boys are 9 and 10, but it fits them perfectly! I got a blue one and red! The colours are vibrant and really stand out! Was easy enough to programme, Though I haven’t worked the alarm setting out and just know how to turn the alarm off haha.. would definitely recommend this if your looking for a hard wearing first watch! The kids love the light up in the dark function aswell! Their words “its sick” I still don’t get that saying, but apparently it means good!!

As the title indicates, I had problems setting the watch. The manual included does not appear to match the digital/analog watch as there is no mention of setting the analog hands. It is possible I missed it but the item is wrapped as a gift presently, therefore I cannot peruse the manual. I searched the Internet for answers to no avail. My initial reading of the sellers response to my inquiry only saw the reiterated instructions included in the manual. For those of you who may encounter the same problem, the analog hands are adjustable by a silver knob on the right side of the watch which must be pulled outward to adjust.This was a gift for a 7-year-old boy. I wanted him to be able to learn how to tell time with an analog display and thought that the dual display would facilitate such an endeavor. I’ve owned numerous analog/digital watches and have never had to adjust the hands with a knob as is required with this watch. I suppose I am a product of modern dual display watches that are somewhat more expensive and therefore did not seem to recall older analog watches that adjusted with the knob. My mistake. Other than my self-made issue, the watch appears to be well-sized for a child’s arm. I cannot rate the capabilities of the watch as it is a gift. Be sure to adhere to the warnings about water resistance as it appears this may be a cause for failure if not followed. I hope the watch serves the purpose intended and I hope this helps someone else who may have a momentary lapse of logic like I just did. Thank you.
