I got this for my brother’s birthday because he was begging for one for his gaming setup. The lights on the side of it make them that much cooler and the mic folds out and in for easy storage. It has great sound quality and you definitely get your bang for your buck.

I do enjoy this headset for what it is. It is an inexpensive option that sounds very good and looks higher end than it is. Overall it doesn’t feel super cheap like some lower-end ones do, it sounds great and feels nice for the most part. I have worn it for probably over 50 hours since purchasing and it works well. That being said, there are a few issues I have with it and I will go over those:
1. Curvature. This microphone has an interesting curvature on the earbuds that leans towards the front of my face. It is hard to explain, but with my small ears it is not the most comfortable and took some getting used to. If I wear it more towards the back of my head, it is more comfortable and I stick with that. Your experience will vary of course, but for me it is not amazing but not abysmal either.
2. Flimsy: When I grab this thing I feel like even a slight amount of bending force will snap it in half. the padding and overall ergonomics are amazing, but the plastics used to assemble it all together are nowhere near the best quality. This is to be expected for an inexpensive mic, but strangely I feel it could use some thicker construction, even if it makes it slightly heavier.
3: Lightweight: This thing is pretty light, which is both really nice for comfort but bad for the overall feel. It adds to the cheap factor because the lightweight nature is mainly due to the cheap thin plastics. This is beneficial as it allows me to wear the microphone for longer without being irritating, but it still feels a bit lighter than I would have expected.
4. The cable: For PC gaming which I mostly use this for, the cable is fantastic. If you are playing on a console which I also do, the wires get in the way due to it having to plug into the controller.. It would have been nice to have a cable that was half the length and instead use an extension for the full length, but I understand that it is not a very simple option nor does it keep the cost down. I do not get bothered too much by it but I know others do and it is worth mentioning.
5. Packaging: A plastic bag? Really?
Anyway, it is a great microphone for gaming and a good inexpensive option. The color options are pretty cool but I kinda wish it had RGB lol. If you’re considering it, just go for it. It’s definitely worth the low price.

Got these for the kids for Christmas. They love them, look good, sound good and perfect for gaming with the PS4. They arrived quickly and so far they are still in one peace which is a surprise with how rough the 8 year is! All in all great headset!

The kids love the look of them and the lights on them. However this features is useless on an ipad which has no USB port to power the lights. This isn’t a big deal as that is only an aesthetic. The real problem is the sound. It glitches contstantly, annoyingly flicking in and out. This wasn’t just a one off. I bought two pairs for my boys and used them on an ipad and chromebook. Both had issues on both devices. Returned for a refund. Avoid!

I purchased this gaming headset with the intention of replacing the original flimsy headset that came with the PS4 and got much more than I expected.
Comfort 3/5 The headset is pretty big and has some weight to it which is definitely something that will take some getting used to. When I first put on the headsets, I was a bit worried that they were not retractable but it just took a little effort and my fear extinguished. While I think having the cushion to support the top part of the head set was a nice idea in theory, I feel like it was a bit over done and unnecessary as it essentially takes potential head space away from the user.
I also have bit of an issue with the ear section as wearing them feels more like ear muffs then earphones. On the bright side, you can definitely take these bad boys out in cold and they will surely keep your ears warm, but prolonged use of them can definitely make your ears sweat depending on the climate of your household.
The mic is placed perfectly and it never gets in your way so no complaints there.
Sound Quality 4/5
I definitely think these ear phones do a decent job of producing sound and having a volume control on the headset is certainly a plus but more importantly communication with other players seems to be full proof. Just recently, I heard play back while using a new program that was trying to adjust the headset and I was surprised to find out that the mic picked up a lot.
I really have not done enough tests when it comes to recording audio for videos and screen captures but my initial test did not quite convince me to stick with it making me resort to my usual methods.
Compatibility 5/5 I have tested the headset on both PS4 and PC(using the Discord program) and so far, I have not gotten a complaint when it comes to feedback so I assume things are good.
I definitely think this is a great headset, I really didn’t care much for the light, which requires an open usb port to use it, but I do think its a nice touch none the less. The price is what really sold this headset for me and I can say honestly that I’m happy with it.

Came branded as “Beexcellent” which photos did not depict.
Even at max extension (which is a thumbs width, so less than half that of my old Cowin E7s), after less than an hour, my ears and side of head are very sore. These must have been worn by people with very small heads.
As for build quality, feels like a $5 pair from a discount store, and sounds about as good too.
