It works as intended. Surprisingly compact size. Everything runs smoothly so far, but there’s barely been a month of usage.
On occasion the fan gets really loud and it sounds like the high setting on a hair dryer so I have concerns of overheating.
The lights are cool.

I bought this for my son for xmas this year. i asked my brother to come by and help set it up since hes the tech master. As hes taking things out the box he is pointing out quality issues with the accessories such as the key board, mouse and head phones. the head phone box was damaged(hopefully they work) good thing is that its USB, the mouse feels cheap like one drop to the floor its gonna break and definitely all plastic, the key board is out dated all plastic as well, it has the internt explorer key on it lol theres gaps on the keybaord that you can see through, it gives no wrist support either and there no right click use for the mouse on the keyboard so if you dont have a mouse you cant use the keyboard as back up. everything does turn on and light up with the fancy colors like advertised. hopefully the performance is better than it looks. i was trying to share pics but its not letting me. however i feel like its over priced only because of the accessories are cheap deff feels like 5 below items. better off purchasing key board mouse and head phones separately. based on the model and info given my brother says it should run good for a gaming computer and would be a great first computer for a pre teen. fingers crossed it will hold up and run well🤞🏼

Purchased a refurbished computer at the end of summer and it was working until last weekend. Reached out to the company and while we are a little past the warranty date, they were willing to help fix the issue.

The package came complete, the setup was easy and straightforward. Although cheaply made and feel, it should have been the perfect pc for a 13 year old. (Was supposed to be my little sister’s birthday present).
Here was the problem: the Wifi USB adapter it came with AND Hardware issues. The wifi connection would literally disconnect, then reconnect every.five.minutes. So! I thought it was a driver issue, I checked all drivers if they were up to date, and they were. Next, I bought a NEW $49 Wifi USB adapter from best buy. (The pic is their defect USB WiFi that it comes with) Lo’ and behold, it worked! BUT …speedtest is 160Mbps for two minutes and then deteriorates quickly to 7Mbps and refuses to speed back up, which I can only assume its desktop pc hardware that’s the problem.
Needless to say, I am returning this product and invest in a expensive but WORKING option. If you’re reading my review, yes, with that price? its too good to be true. Move on and don’t waste your time like I did.

My son got this for christmas i wish i could give 5 stars! the computer itself is amazing for a first time young gamer does everything we need it to do and it’s perfect for him five starts for the system itself! but if you are not good with tech it was extremely difficult to set up and they sent the wrong cords which i didn’t know untill i had a tech person come help me! this cake with no set up instructions to say where each cord goes so when i reached out to the company for help through amazon i got one foreigner after the next and im not being rude when i say this but when your already having issues with set up and sit on hold forever to get stuck with a tech that doesn’t speak english and treats you like you are stupid is very upsetting for the amount of money spent on this system! i ended up paying 350 dollars for a tech person to spend three hours trying to get the correct cords and get this thi by going! the computer itself is a 5/5 but the rest of the service is a 0!

Had no issues setting up. Everything except the tower and I think the monitor came in their original, unopened box. So the keyboard, mouse and headphones are definately new. The tower has no visible damage and makes no noises or anything to suggest internal damage. Has not gotten anymore then warm though I haven’t fully ran any games on it yet. Was bought more for running the slicer program for my 3d printer and to dabble in 3d design but have linked steam and downloaded sims4. Haven’t tried anything more drastic yet but will update if we do. Sims4 ran perfect with no glitching or buffering. Downloaded quick even with other programs for school and the printer running while it was downloading.
Monitor is nice and decent quality. Uses a hdmi cord to connect to tower but comes with VGA cable as well. Tower has port for both. Mouse isn’t wireless but is smooth and fits hand nice. Keyboard is also not wireless but keys work smoothly and lights are vibrant. Headphones light up and work well. Also not wireless. The remote only changes the lights on the tower but thats OK. If left on auto, lights will do different things depending on what you are doing which is fun.
Have not had any issues with the graphics card or the wireless card. Graphics card was already installed and drivers already loaded. Drivers updated automatically once connected to the internet. Wireless card works seamlessly and has not presented ant problems. I haven’t opened the tower but based on performance I see no reason to suspect anything and the exterior and power supply are dust and dirt free so I assume the interior has been properly cleaned as well. I put the tower on a stand due to being carpet in room but tower sits fine by itself. There is also a spot in the case for a disk drive if you wanted to install one. Mine has two usb ports up front and I think like 4 in the back. There is also an aux jack on the front.
I think thats everything! So far very happy with it!

Everything was included with this PC, all needed cables and wi-fi card. We are hard wiring it with an ethernet cable because of where we live and sketchy wi-fi, but that was only a few dollars for the cable. Great computer for my grandson. May get another for myself.
