Charger does what it’s supposed to do, Only problem I have is I can’t tell when batteries are completely charged, charger has a yellow light that indicates that is charging and turns green to indicate batteries are charged, when I charged the first pair of batteries the light never turned green, even after several hours so I removed them and installed them in the camera to check battery status, they where fully charged, I thought charger was bad, so I did some research online to see if it was a common problem and if there was something I could do to fix it, I found a lot of people with same problem but no concrete solution to fixing the problem, I used the charger many times and light would never turn green, I would just use the camera to check charging status, it worked but it bother me that it would never turn green, and then I had an epiphany, I’m colorblind( I can see colors but when certain colors are together I can’t tell them apart) that’s when I asked a friend to tell me what colors where the lights on the charger, and she told me one was yellow and the other was green, but to me both where yellow, I checked the batteries on the camera and sure enough the one she said was green was fully charged and the one that she said was yellow wasn’t, that’s when I learned that the charger was working but unfortunately I can’t tell when the light is green due to my color blindness, I wonder if GoPro is aware that the color they chose to use for the indicators are hard to distinguish by color blind people, I wish instead they use a blinking light for charging and a solid light for charged.

Also Amazon Customer Service rectified the situation within 1 day, be aware that your package (as some other reviews stated also) may not come with a charger. I’d suggest checking as soon as you have your package. On my first order I only received a battery. After talking to Amazon I received the complete order. Product works great. Nice to always face back up batteries without having to plug in the GoPro. Lights do turn green after batteries are fully charged.

Very very disappointed in the advertising of this product when it shows 2 batteries in the pictures and you only get one . I know my mistake for not reading properly but very poor advertising. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I like that I can use my Hero 4-7, Hero 8, Hero 9, amd Max battery all in this battery charger. Doubt Go Pro wants you to know that but I am letting you know.

It’s definitely charges them batteries at a slower speed than I’d image & you have to wiggle the batters for the connection. overall it’s very small & out the way. easy to car with ya if you need to charge on the go. I don’t think it’s charged them fully all the way to 100% , I’ll get a 97% most times so not horrible.

A great valve, a heck of a bargain and just what I was looking for! Though the battery that came with our Hero 9 Black, holds a great charge, it’s never a bad idea to have a little extra! And the ability to charge both of my batteries at the same time, outside of the camera, is surely handy!! I would certainly recommend this kit for those looking to have some solid battery power, battery back up, for their GoPro cameras!

The battery that came with won’t charge on the right side. I have multiple batteries and chargers… NOT 2 of these tho haha
It will charge in my other charge, and a different battery does charge in the right.
So still cheap.

Allowed me to have a readily available good battery for gopro. Small and fits inside gopro case so it doesn’t get lost and is easy to find.
