Update: I increased rating level. The company reached out to me in regards to my son’s headphones. They were very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service. Headphone and mic quality still doing good. I will consider another purchase in the future.
Original Review: Purchased for my son. He says the sound quality is good and the mic works, but the headphones do not glow. There is no button to turn the glow on/ off and regardless of what he’s plugged into they don’t light up.

Trust me this is a wonderful set of headphones. The sound is excellent. The microphone is so nice also. Love the controls so easy to use. The Microphone flips right up out of the way. The lights on the sides are nice gives a bit of atmosphere. Over all I have had a wonderful experience with this headset. Now hubby can watch his TV will I am watching videos and I do not have to listen to the tv noise and he don’t have to listen to the video noise. Even gives a good excuse if you are not listening to him. All I have to say is oh sorry I didn’t hear you, I had my headphones on lol.

It’s OK for the price you pay for it. Once I received it I installed it and spoke with some online friends to see how it sounded, and they all could hear me perfectly so that was a plus. I also love that the cord is wrapped up in nylon for that added protection. The only negative features that I noticed would have to be with the microphone itself. Every time you adjust it up or down to fit your needs it makes a clickety sound while adjusting it. Not really that big of a deal, but if your talking to friends online while using it, they can hear you adjust it also. Another negative feature would be that it feels cheap. In other words it feels like it was made with cheap plastics. Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10 stars. Works good and a cheap price for them.
