I was shocked to receive this phone with the bootloader unlocked. That is really concerning because as message on starting the phone says “The bootloader is unlocked and software integrity cannot be guaranteed. Any data stored on the device may be available to attackers. Do not store any sensitive data on the device.” Just unreal. It makes me question how thorough the whole “Amazon Renewed standards” process was to begin with. To make matters worse, I chose this phone because it indicated it was the unlocked version (carrier unlocked). Instead of receiving the true unlocked version which should be Model number GVU6C, I received the carrier version, Model number GQML3, typically sold by Verizon. I travel internationally a lot and suspect this version may have restrictions that Verizon imposes, if I want to switch to an international SIM card.

I’m very pleased with the actual phone and the condition of it. Pixel has fantastic battery life, snappy responsiveness, and does everything I need it to do. It takes excellent photos, can play some games very well, and has a lot of neat Google features.
My only complaint comes in the company fulfilling the order. This is the third renewed item I’ve purchased, and each time they promise delivery in 2 days before ordering, and then end up taking much more time because they use FedEx instead of fulfillment by Amazon. I don’t mind the weight, but I really dislike that they give you one time frame and then on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. Change the date. Date. Some of us stay home from work to receive these expensive items so they aren’t sitting on our front porch all day, so being deceptive about the delivery time in the item description and initial order is a problem. Buyer be aware: The listed delivery time is likely not factual in the case of these Renewed items. Plan for a 4 or 5 day delivery window.
That said, the item received was of highest quality with no cosmetic issues and a healthy battery.

The most positive thing I will say about this phone is that I got it in excellent condition and I could not really tell much of a difference between brand new and this. The supplied charger obviously is not going to be good enough for quick charging and things like that but it will get you going. It was concerning that the phone came at 0% battery but beggars can’t be choosers. The price was right. Now as for the pixel 7. Decent little phone. Definitely not a flagship. Well some may talk about build quality. What I feel in my hand is a clunky heavy phone. You get this phone for the camera and the camera is amazing. Once you get past that, you have something that’s inferior to a OnePlus 8, 9, 10, or 11 in pretty much all arenas. It’s a Google phone and so Google throws there products down your throat at every corner when using it and that’s to be expected. Overall, I don’t hate the phone. I just believe it to be too heavy and two underpowered relative to a one plus until I open up that camera and take professional level shots and then I realize I don’t have a phone with a great camera. I have a camera with a decent phone.

Bought this “refurbished” Pixel 7 as my primary phone. Couldn’t be much happier with the purchase. Phone is exactly as described. As clean and undamaged as a new phone. I couldn’t detect any signs of wear. Very satisfied. There are many online reviews for the Pixel 7. Some mention rapid power consumption and slow battery recharge rate as problems. I think those are valid criticisms, but for me, just a minor annoyance. Apparently new Pixel phone include a “quick fix” adapter that lets you transfer data from other brand phones to your Pixel. My phone did not have that adapter. I had to buy one online (eBay) for $12. Annoying

Bought this refurbished phone for my daughter after she broke hers. I was a little hesitant as I’d never ordered a phone from Amazon before, but I am very impressed. Phone is in perfect condition, looks brand new. It came in a box with a cord and a Samsung super fast charging block. New phones don’t even come with a charge block anymore so I was pleasantly surprised. It was fully charged once we turned it on and it works perfectly so far. We bought the same phone for my husband new for over double the price a few months ago so I am very pleased with my purchase.

Got all the way through set up only to get the notification that my sim card wouldn’t work and to contact Xfinity mobile – this pixel 7 is not unlocked like the listing/title clearly states.

The screen had a very small crack in it. It’s on the side and doesn’t affect the view or anything. Everything else works great with the phone. Amazon does a good job refurbishing their products. Well worth the price!
