Go pro camera is great. Just as described. Works appropriately. The accessories however are cheaply made. And aren’t the best quality. Not sure I would trust a few of them with the actual camera in use. Otherwise all is well.

GO PRO works great. Only down side we have had is the Accessory Kit. Accessories are poorly made and unfortunately I do not feel comfortable using them. Main reason we purchased was to use when riding dirt bikes and I am afraid the accessories do not secure the device well enough.

Was pleasantly surprised that the GoPro Hero9 did actually produce excellent videos and images. Super on a large computer monitor and also excellent on the TV. Haven’t had a chance to check out all of the bell and whistles, but using it as a head mounted camera, it was wonderful with the exception of the awful smell from the material used in the straps. Seems like everything from China has the odor. Hope it airs out soon. Remember that as you are pedaling along on your bicycle, you tend to rock back and forth. Your video will, too. The microphone did a decent job of picking up sounds including roosters crowing and my huffing and puffing going up hills. Nice smooth videos as I turned my head even while pedaling. Good wide angle videos. Quality seems to be as good as my Sony camcorder. Next test will be wearing it on my wrist while biking then on my torso. Very convenient to carry and relatively light weight. The unit does get hot, but I did not feel the heat on my head considering the strap must have been a buffer. Tested in early morning sun in Arizona about 75º. Biggest complaint is the battery life. For the hour I was out riding around the neighborhood, the battery went from fully charged to 24%. This will not do for upcoming vacation, so I will have to buy at least one more. Will have to swap out if I plan to fill the whole 128GB card. I only used about 122GB for that hour. Oh, another thing…The camera automatically breaks the video up into 4GB files. It is seamless. I checked the last frames on each file and they matched the beginning of the next.

I bought this neat little camera for my trip to Costa Rica. Its great for capturing action but not quite a replacement for my phone camera when capturing close up moments. The biggest issue is that the battery did not last long enough on my zipline excursion to document the journey AND high flying experience. The battery died just before my turn to fly and now I have no record of the highlight of the whole trip. A kit like this should come with at least 1 spare battery and a wall charger.
