The iA800 action camera by iZEEKER, is a surprisingly good competitor to the name brands. With its great picture quality, size and a ton of included accessories, this one should definitely be considered. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.
I. Quality – Its surprisingly good quality considering the cost. In fact, it’s not that much less than the name brands. If you compare the two next to each other you’ll see a difference, but not much. I would put this one in the upper-middle range of the quality scale and guess it should hold up well over time assuming the electronics and waterproofing survive. However, the accessories feel like lower quality, but it’s nice to have them included. II. Usability – It’s easy to set-up and use with a fairly good interface, but I like the software and app of the GoPro better. The sound might be its biggest drawback. Its decent when close to the camera, but fades quickly with distance. It’s also disappointing that there isn’t a way to attach an external mic and will reduce its usability for many. The size is conveniently small and similar to the GoPro 10. The accessories are very usable and a great bonus.
Overall, this is a fantastic budget action camera that performs quite well and provides a ton of value. If you’re looking of the best or to use this professionally, this company isn’t there yet. But, if you just need a good camera to take in the action and want to get a great bargain, this is a fantastic option. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.

tube problema la carcasa de la camara entra muy ajustada y me rompio el borde de la camara donde esta la marca. el borde es muy fino y el plastico no es resistente se rompio muy facil a sacarla de la carcasa

I’m surprised for all you get here. Not only the camera and two batteries and a charger, but also an accessory kit with way too much to list here. Now the essentials. One is the image quality is superb. I had my doubts at this price point, but those fears were soon allayed. The image stabilization is really good. You know the experience. You ride down the street in a car with the camera pointed forward, and the dashboard of the car bobs up and down, but the scenery is incredibly stable. The fact that is shoots 6K@30fps is incredible, and it also shoots 4K@60fps so it is good for slow motion rendering as well. I have a DJI Osmo Action cam and the only advantage I can see at this point is that the DJI comes with an available adapter that allows you to plug in a microphone. A lavalier mic, even the relatively inexpensive ones assure you of quality audio. The built-in microphones on this iZEEKER don’t sound bad, but of course they can only capture sounds occurring right closer to the microphones. An alternative of course is to use for example a Tascam recorder providing you ultimate flexibility, but that alone is more than the price of this camera, and you will have to spend some time in post aligning the separate audio track. I didn’t notch a star for that because the whole rest of the camera is amazing, especially at this price point. You are going to need to buy the memory card. Amazon’s current choice in a U3 TF card is… Lexar 128GB Micro SD Card, microSDXC UHS-I Flash Memory Card with Adapter – Up to 100MB/s, A1, U3, Class10, V30, High Speed TF Card. The price is so low you may as well get a 128GB which is something the camera will handle. Lesser performance cards may create some wobbling for lack of a better term. UPDATE: I am getting some picture freeze at 4 60 on playback from the card directly into my computer with an adapter. I’m thinking it is the card. It may be that a V90 would clear that up. I don’t have any in a micro so I will have to update this review once I find out why. I’ve seen this camera in 4k 60fps without any freezing problems demonstrated, so it most like is the inexpensive card. So, in a nutshell, great camera with super clear results, wonderful image stabilization, incredible accessories package and all for a great price. Highly recommended.

I’ve reviewed a few of these sort of entry-level action cameras. And most of them have the same problems which is the image quality was great, but the menu and the UI were really buggy and caused a lot of problems.
This one does not have that issue. And so you get a super high-quality action camera that can do 4K at 60 frames per second and you’re only paying around 100 bucks for it. That’s pretty nice.
If it had a microphone input I think I would give it five stars because that’s the Achilles’ heel with all of these cameras is that you just don’t get that great of sound. Thats Why the more expensive action cameras like GoPro and Osmo allow for microphone inputs. That is all this thing needs to be a Gopro killer.
And also comes with a ton of accessories which is good because I’m still trying to figure out if any of the form factors of the top tier cameras are identical with this, for instance can you use a Gopro cage with this thing or does it have the exact same shape as an Osmo? Will it accept any other cameras batteries? Will the specialized action camera filters fit on this? I guess I’m just gonna have to try each one unless I get an answer from the company.
It also comes with some decent accessories. Two batteries and a charger and a camera cage which really isn’t that great of one, so if you’re serious you’re gonna want to get a good camera cage, and a wrist remote. You also get a waterproof box, a suction mount and a sticky mount. I usually don’t like when something comes with this many accessories because I like the money to go into the main unit. But this thing is performing quite impressively. So far. I will keep the review updated like all my reviews and make people aware if there are any issues.
