Bought this for my 13 old daughter. Right Out of the box it was hard to turn on because of the power button. It’s flimsy and honestly I’m afraid it won’t las long. I may return this laptop.

Just opened it, plugged the charger in and turned it on, and got hit with booting issues Can’t reset it, can’t troubleshoot it, I want my refund
