This is a fantastic little camera .
She receive a little digital kid’s camera as birthday gift . This camera is easy to use and takes some good quality video . My daughter has playing with this daily since she got it and want to take it everyone with her!
The kids really enjoyed using it when we were on holiday on last week . The picture quality is really good and my daughter is enamored with this little camera.
There are free accessories to mount camera on tripod, helmet or handlebars . This can be used to shoot videos while swimming, cycling, and skiing. My child is very excited when the kids take it running around outdoors anyway.
In those kinds of kids action camera the image quality is great. The waterproof case does not impact the image quality at all. This is better than previous ones I‘be had but.
It can be used quickly, and there are instructions to read . After the kids figure this out it goes just fine. And we can get the video and photos off the sd card onto the pc.
I just leave this camera in the waterproof case pretty much all the time. It provides significant shock protection as well so no concerns.
I no longer need to charge my child camera frequently, because the camera should have a large battery capacity. When the kids camera automatically turns black , it can save electricity.
This kids action camera is a great choice as gift , I think.

Bought 3 of these for my grandkids. 1 was missing the memory card and 1 worked for a few hours and then stopped and the stitching came out of the neck band. There are so many features on these cameras, just takes a few minutes to set them up. My granddaughter videoed the fireworks show at Disney after using the camera all day long and the battery was still full. They worked fine underwater and the photos and videos were very clear. 2 of the 3 cameras were replaced and hopefully there are no issues with them because the kids loved them.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 9years son. 2nd day, the support to keep it tight on the bike, broke. Movies are pretty bad unless you chose the lowest quality on the settings. I guess you get what you’re paying for. Wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone

I ordered this camera for my grandchild’s 7th birthday along with an extra memory card and the Mini Tripod. She was excited when she opened the gift and absolutely loves the camera. It was relatively easy to follow instructions (especially since one of the older children had a similar camera) and use it during the celebration. Picture quality is pretty good considering how small the screen is. She has made numerous videos since her party. She is looking forward to us9ng it under water during swimming and taking to the beach in the summer.

Bought this little camera for my 6yo daughter for Christmas based on all the good reviews and am utterly disappointed! Was almost willing overlook the fact that the screen had marks on it underneath the protective film, but when I turned on the camera and found that the video record function is broken as well as one of the 4 games, the bad started to outweigh the good.
Two of the other games are unplayable, as you need buttons for all 4 directions, however the camera is only designed with a left and right button, so they are pointless as well.
We soon realised that the battery life is not nearly as much as advertised. The screen is very cheap and unless it is viewed directly head on, you can’t see anything on it.
The menu is not as intuitive as one would expect from a camera designed to be used by small children, for example when viewing the photos on the camera one would expect the photo and video button on the top of the camera to take you back to the photo/video function, however this is used to delete the current photo.
There is a noticeably long delay between pressing the shutter button and the camera taking the photo, again meaning that small children find it near impossible to take photos that are not blurry.
I am sending this back for a full refund and urge you not to waste your money.

So this is my follow up to my earlier review below (almost two years ago), the camera cost me at the time of purchase under £30 so was good value for money. However after the device had sat unused for about 4 months it now fails to charge (despite flipping the battery protection switch to ‘0’). We have tried different mini used cables and charge plugs (all within the recommended range) and nothing we do enables it to charge. The red charge light comes in to show it is charging and then goes off (indicating it is charged) but will not power up. Now it could be argued that the item was a smidge under £30 and nearly two years old, but to me that is now excuse for an item that has received light use at best suddenly and for no apparent reason stood working. Usually I would give any item 1 star for it failing within at least 4 years but it has proven such fun for my daughter that I’ve left it with two. What’s most disappointing is that after such good customer service from the supplier they have failed to respond to any of my emails. Basically your mileage will vary with this device. If you want to take a punt and don’t mind loosing out on £30-£40 then go for it. Unfortunately for me I do mind so I would recommend you avoid this and try something else!

Ok so if you’ve read other reviews and watched the online video review (on YouTube)… you’ll know what you’re getting. I’ll write this review based on the fact that I bought it for my three year old Daughter… so to start there are no cameras that do what I’d like them to do but this comes the closest. It’s small, light and tough enough to absorb drops from toddler height. The controls are pretty simple so long as you don’t start to go into settings – basically one button for camera, one button for video and left and right buttons for scrolling through frame designs, photos and videos + an on/off button. I had looked at various other cameras like the vtech… they all seem to use similar internals and offer similar functionality, however this one differs for the better because it comes with a carry bag, wrist strap, waterproof case and mounts for bike and helmet etc. The photo quality is as good as you’d expect at this price as is the video. I do feel that the speaker on the camera for playing back videos is a MAJOR let down… it’s almost inaudible – however once the video are offloaded onto a PC the sound is fine. The lcd preview display on the back could certainly do with improving as is fairly low res but for my daughter it’s fine. Also worth a mention is that the shutter speed a bit slow.. think press button… one… two… photo taken. Really the camera deserves 3 stars but since there is nothing as good out there for a 3-7 year old and because of all the extras it deserves 4 stars. It’s a tad more complicated than I’d like for my daughter but she loves it and with a SD card she can click away til her hearts content. I think with some improvement on sound and shutter speed and colour deferentiating the buttons they could have a real niche product that’s great for kids and deserving of a solid four stars!!!

I have not used this device yet as it is a Christmas present. It certainly does look the part and has enough accessories to be going on with. It is a shame that there is no mention of the fact there is no SD Card with it. This is only a problem due to the fact that you are not then ready to take pictures immediately which will probably be a little frustrating. I cannot see any reason that it will not do exactly what I expect it to, but on that point we shall have to wait.

I bought this action camera for my 12 year old daughter (although I believe it is marketed at younger children) because we bought one for ourselves and she has been asking for one in the weeks since. She is very much into photography and is always talking about ‘aesthetics’ and art, so this camera is perfect for her, because she is also able to record video. What we really like about this camera is that it obviously comes with a waterproof case, so you are able to take pictures and film with it underwater. We have also recently purchased for her a scuba diving mask, and we plan to use the 2 together soon, when we go on our weekend breaks and holidays to the beach, etc… The price is awesome for a camera with its kind of capabilities, and it means that you are able to safely gift it to a child, and not worry too much if they did happen to break it. The picture quality is great for the price point, you can’t really complain about that at all, and my daughter is thrilled! It’s easy to connect to your phone also so pictures/video can then be uploaded online. The design is cute also, it means we can’t mix up between our standard black action camera and her pink and camouflage version. This is a great camera for the younger generation who are interested in photography.

I love toy cameras and the look of lower quality video when mixed in with crispy HD. I had hoped to shoot some funky time lapse with this, but the listen functionality of time lapse is actually a time delay photo- not timed continuous shoot.
I’ll return it since it doesn’t do what I want, and I can get a different toy camera look with another brand.
