Everything great. Battery seems pretty good, I think I can get 12 hours or it without full brightness.
Only 4 starts because it does have little freezes. I think the higher memory version could be better

It’s actually ridiculous we’re in 2024 and have laptops with batteries that only last 2 hours. I spent so much time trying to figure out how to make the battery last longer only for it to drop a percentage every 2 minutes.
I get its not a big laptop but holy hell I barely get 2 hours? Doesnt help the charger cord is really short so it’s uncomfortable trying to charge from a not so nearby port.
This laptop runs fast but unless you can leave it plugged in 24/7 Its NOT worth it, returning it this week.

Customer Service people, nice, but their English was hard to understand. Also, they speak fast, tend to jump to what they want to help me without understanding what I am asking first. Even get it wrong after I used S: Sam, H: Henry… The customer service people like to use “hotel” for “h”. My experience shows Philippine customer service, especially female voice ones, are the best out of US and Canada customer service. I have to return the product.
