Frequently the laptop won’t power up. Even after charging for several hours. I’ve replaced the charger and still have issues. I’ve had the laptop 3 months and have had this issue several times, with no solution when i contacted Samsung. The most frustrating thing is that you never know when that will happen. Mine will work fine for a week or so. Then, it doesn’t do a thing except turn on the green light showing it’s charged. It’s great when it will turn on but you can’t count on it powering up. I love my Samsung phone but this laptop in not even remotely close to the same quality!

I buy a new Samsung laptop every two years. This is my fourth. It does not have a touch screen, which is great because I don’t want the extra weight, thickness and aggravation when I accidentally brush the screen and change focus.
Lightweight and powerful for business use, I am taking away a star because the webcam still doesn’t allow Windows Hello face recognition for login. (Apparently Windows needs camera with infrared capability to distinguish real faces from pictures of faces.)

I bought this laptop specifically to streaming TV & Movies. Often teether it to my cell phone. Been very happy with this machine. A thing to note is that the outer casing is actually metal, so it has a surprising weight to it.

I literally can’t hear anything when my kids are making noise lol. I’m trying to listen to this lady talk without wearing earbuds cause I need to hear my surroundings too but it’s just not possible but it’s good practice to teach them to be quieter. So it’s ok. Also it’s really slow but that also teaches me patience, what can I say. I don’t wanna be negative about it

Faster than my galaxy book pro 2 with i7 11th GEN and half the power utilization. I hope that results in longer battery life. I hope that results in longer battery life. It is, however, significantly thicker and heavier. Overall an excellent laptop.
