Like the phone that’s what I wanted but a big but, I couldn’t get it to work it was locked. Took it to AT&t and they said that this happens all the time with Samsung phones from Amazon. They arrived locked with T-Mobile or cricket or UK cell. Set up to use a 3G system and all we have where I am is 4G and 5G, so it’s a hardware problem. Should never been sent, it’s being returned, disappointed. At&t advised to buy a unlocked prepaid phone at Walmart,so I did.

Llegó antes de la fecha, hasta ahora funciona bien, y muy buena calidad de foto, repito Llegó hoy, algo que no me gustó fue que la pantalla tiene demasiados rayones, se que el teléfono era restaurado pero creo que tienen que explicar las condiciones del teléfono y poner fotos de las condiciones exacta en la que se encuentra 😒😒😒

Good morning my dear friend the labels that you sent to me it works only in the United States ,it doesn’t work where I live because I live in Dominican Republic and I have to pay 140 dollars to send this cell phone, so that I don’t know what to do with

This phone lasted me one day an the screen was cracked ! I didn’t abuse this phone other than putting it in my pocket !

I ordered 3 of these phones for my family members. The phones themselves are good quality and I like them a lot, however, these phones need to be tested more thoroughly before being sent.
I had to send one back because it didn’t charge. I got another one and it was unlocked for the wrong SIM. I sent it back and got another one. This time, it would not use the 4g network to access the internet.
The other 2 work great and have had no problems. We ended up buying a new phone for the 3rd one from a different retailer.
Buy at your own risk. You may get lucky, or you may have to return over and over again. I’m happy the return process has been easy, but I’m really tired of having to keep returning…

This phone was familiar to me as I have used Samsung galaxies in the past. There are different levels to all phones. This one does all I need. It is 5G, which is fast, it has enough memory for my situation. There are better phones out there but probably not for under 300 dollars.
