This is the last version from what i understand that offers
the SD card Slot and that’s why i bought it. I had to do a Factory
Reset to get it to work properly but once i did everything has been fine.
i bought this to get my wife up to date with mine. Although it’s Larger then
Her S10e, she still loves it.

*** I advise everyone to go to the nearest agent location of whatever wireless company you use FIRST! Have them check the IMEI number on the device BEFORE you try to activate it with your own account!!! ***
Sold me a phone listed on Verizon’s NON-PAY list, so was likely filed as lost or stolen. Now I have to return it and likely PAY SHIPPING on top of it just to return a phone that doesn’t work – oh and because I plugged my SIM card into this phone it suspended my entire my plan. Got a new SIM card and that one isn’t working in this new phone that Verizon tried to unblock or any of my old phones. On my third day with NO SERVICE which is a big deal when you’re a manager and on call 24/7. I’m very unhappy and stressed out.
Update: I did NOT actually have to pay for return shipping (thank goodness), however was not given option to ‘replace’ when submitting return request, so now am waiting on a refund and at that point will buy another of the same phone but most likely from a different seller.

I am actually very pleased with the phone. It looks new and works really well. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because they sent a charger that is not USB compatible and although it says fast charge, it was very slow. I ended up using the cord from my husband’s tablet and it was much faster. I will need to purchase a cord for the phone.

  4. Angela

Best phone I have owned by far.

My main concern is the heat given off by the plug when charging. Secondly, compared to my previous phone an extended period of time is spent charging. My final is concern whatsapp, an application I use daily, refuses to pop-up when a message arrived.

  6. Amazon Customer

Apple ruined current gen phones by making us all spend money on dumb add on products like bluetooth headphones and dongles skip this garbage overall the phone is good but this is a deal breaker.

We like the phone, with the exception of it did not come programmed with Verizon Voicemail app. Sounds simple right? We have spent hours being shuffled from Verizon, to Samsung, to Amazon, and back again, each directing us and blaming it on the other. The only way to check voicemail is to dial *86 to see if you may have missed a call (no notification of a VM). Very frustrating. If you use VM, I don’t recommend buying through Amazon. I will update my comments if we’re able to get this resolved.

Was never able to attach a USB to this phone. Immediately out of the box, it threw a moisture detection warning.
Attempted to update it and tried several of the software-related fixes listed online for this issue, no luck. Tried leaving it alone, the warning did not clear in those 48hrs. Tried cleaning out the USB port, but it was loaded up with some kind of sticky black goo.

Wound up returning it. Disappointed in the quality control, I would assume plugging it into the USB port would be part of the QA/QC checklist.
