Me gustó mucho

It came in pretty quickly and everything it to my expectations, camera quality is really good, the phone runs smoothly, screen look just about perfect, only problem I’m having is setting a fingerprint it just doesn’t let me set one.

OK, so I must admit this was my third phone through amazon renewed, the first 2 were questionable when it came to excellent condition. Trust me, they had various issues too numerous to explain.

This 3rd phone though is excellent so far. Condition, I would say is practically new. Case and Screen were blemish free, not even signs of fingerprints. The phone is Verizon branded, but does not impact phone service or use. It is unlocked and work with my Tracfone sim through T-Mobile. Testing battery life, but it seems close to normal after a few years of use. Used it all day and I still had 25% battery remaining with really heavy use. Data transfer went flawlessly with no hick ups, very easy and straight forward. Even the sim was immediately recognized without having to call the carrier.

Everything seems to be in good working order. The person who owned this phone 1st really took care of it, you can tell. Other than the branding issue on start up and a notification telling me my sim is not a Verizon sim, everything seems to be in good working order.

This is an upgrade for me coming from am Galaxy A20s. The upgrade was immediately noticed. And 256gb memory is just enough for me. I carry books, music and movies in my phone and this has handled everything I have thrown at it without issue. The camera is great and takes amazing photos compared to my last phone.

Buying through Amazon renewed is a crap shoot really, it depends on the last user(s) and what may have happened to the phone, I can imagine the phone’s people are turning in. I’m sure most have issue from over use and drops, to phone malfunctions in general. And from studying the vendors who sell the phones you really have no idea what they might do with them once they are rehabbed, Water damage, electronic issues, even screen replacements. All the phone are going through private phone companies who refurb them and send them back out.

Like I said, 3rd times the charm and I lucked up on what I think is an excellent buy. Would I do again, sure, but make sure to check out the phone thoroughly during your 90-day return window. I will continue to test out and report back if any issues popped up. But so far so good. Check the vendor rating and issues reported in reviews. Typically, they spell out possible issues with phones or vendors selling them.

I have always believed in recycling items, especially electronics. So do your part and make sure they don’t end up in landfill somewhere.

I have liked Samsung products for years and this still holds true with this phone. I don’t need the latest and greatest, but I know I have a few years still before a newer model takes it’s place. Furthermore, I usually hold on to a phone for 2–3 yrs, depends on the phone. Oh yeah, 5G is the hits. Very smooth and fast, no delays when surfing the web, everything just flows like a hardwired home system. 120 mhz is smooth and haven’t noticed any hang-ups.

Yes, I would buy again through Amazon renewed. But I’m sure you could find the same product locally at your local phone store. I’m happy with purchase and would recommend with caveats. Check your phone carefully, run it through is paces and test everything, camera, sound, display and any function you think is important and even those you might not think is important. test all settings and make sure all your setting take effect. This phone is loaded with options and it took about 3 hrs to transfer and update this phone once I started things up.

Gaming is great, and the display is amazing. No glitches during game play. It’s almost to fast that I can’t keep up visually.

So two thumbs up on buy. Finally moving like most with an upgraded phone.

    RECOMMENDATION:
Thumbs up. The cost was less than 1/3 what a new S23 would cost and performance is similar. Condition of the phone was as described by the Amazon used program.

    THE GOOD:
    1. Getting renewed phones through the Amazon used program is a great deal as you are protected by the Amazon guaranty if the phone condition is not as described by the vendor involved.
    2. You get a charger and cable with the phone – you just have to put your SIM into it, charge it and you are ready to go.
    3. The S21 is a good choice for a candy bar phone as even though it is 2 generations back, its performance is pretty similar to the new S23 – the main difference being the CPU speed is incrementally better on the S23.

    THE BAD:
    1. In my case – Nothing. Love using it and the battery life is pretty good for a 2 year old phone.

Me agrada mucho el producto, lamentablemente en ésta segunda compra, tuve la fortuna que me llegara un producto en mal estado, lo cual no me agradó del todo en comparación de la primer compra que hice, el producto estuvo de maravilla.

Phones sim card tray is stuck like glue and I can see a piece of metal inside the eject button hole will not budge. Also the phone itself won’t even boot up it just keeps saying it doesn’t have Java or something like that so it’s basically a 240 paper weight. I immediately put it back in the package and initiated a return so I will change my review to reflect that customer service honors the return policy and refunds my money as soon as I receive the refund. I’m selling my house and moving 2000 miles away my cell is the only phone I have to communicate with realtors and potential buyers so this is the absolute worst time to be dealing with a totally defective device which has already cost me a potential buyer for my house due to my not being able to answer the phone calls since the phone was sent to me utterly useless. I thank you so much for your help seller in doing the right thing by issuing my refund in a timely manner. Sending warmest blessings!

I am always leery about buying used electronics. You never know if you get the one that was barely used, and the person is just a serial upgrader every time a new model comes out. OR, if the item was traded in because it was malfunctioning, and wasn’t spotted before being resold.

Not the issue here so far. Tested every feature that I would actually use and it runs smoothly and quickly. From a full charge in the morning before I go to work, and with moderate usage throughout the day, it is generally down to about 80% by the time I go to bed (usually between 1:30 and 2:00am). I am upgrading from a much earlier model Galaxy and the camera (both still and video) quality is spectacular comparatively. Particularly in low light. Verizon SIM card transferred over without issues and that Samsung transfer app was a God send for getting all of my stuff (including pix, wifi passes, etc…..) over to the new phone. The lack of an SD slot makes me a bit nervous, but this one is the 256 gig model so hopefully, I won’t have to do much relocating of files, images and videos over to my PC with the space that there is on here.

Physically, the phone was in pretty good shape. Though there were a few minor scuffs on the back, the glass for the screen AND the camera lenses were flawless. And, I always use a case/holster anyway, way back since the old flip phone days. So, I will never actually SEE the body of the phone anyway.

All in all, up to this point, I feel like the investment was good. There is 90 days worth of warranty so if I stumble across something that is a deal breaker, I can return it. If you are looking for a phone that won’t cost as much as a cheap automobile, this “renewed” option may be something you can look in to. I will be trying it again when it is time to make another upgrade.
