I haven’t set it up yet, but it came in what appears to be a factory box and it had a Samsung charger as well. So far I’m very impressed! I will write more once I have it all set up.

Battery good, phone is a S20 ultra. Came unlocked but as AT&T unlocked. Does work with Verizon towers. Contacts didn’t sink. Can’t block/spam like before. Setup was done through Google and Kinda linked up. Overall I’ll deal with the little quirks for the price. My last two s20 ultra about 1 year in the camera software died and had to replace. Buy the warranty.

Telefono ricondizionato, a parte la sporcizia nei microfoni e dei graffietti dovuti al precedente normale utilizzo, sembra nuovo. Funziona tutto perfettamente e la batteria dura fino a sera senza problemi. Confezione con caricabatterie super rapido e auricolari tutto originale. Speriamo non mi riservi qualche brutta sorpresa, per il momento voto 10

Hasta ahora ya llevo un par de días usándolo y va de maravilla, ah llegado con un cargador Motorola de 10 watts jajajja pero todo muy bien … además que el único detalle es unos pocos arañazos que casi no se notan 😃 …. en mi experiencia, lo recomiendo mucho 😎

Nulla da dire al samsung s20 ultra,signor smartphone in tutto e per tutto, Nulla da dire ad amazon se non di scegliere meglio i propri partner… Amazon renward garantisce smartphone ricondizionati senza segni di usura visibili da un metro, e così sembrava finché non ho tolto la pellicola “protettiva” messa massimo dal venditore e trovare il vetro nella parte superiore ben rovinato e con due scheggiature sopra lo schermo. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni il venditore che io avevo accettato da contratto un telefono ricondizionato con possibilità di graffi e ammaccature…peccato che non è questo che scrive in descrizione amazon…e soprattutto non nascondiamo i difetti in modo che l’utente chi sa quando se ne accorge. Mi hanno detto che potevo ovviamente fare il reso,cosa un po complessa dopo che hai passato tutti i tuoi dati sul nuovo e dato via il vecchio. Quindi visto che pixel bruciati non ne ha e con cover e pellicola si maschera tutto lo tengo, ma il venditore “Enterprise Tech SRL” altamente sconsigliato.

I like this phone and it’s features. The battery was draining really fast but seems to have gotten a little better. I’ve had the phone for about a month now. It says factory unlocked but, when I first turned it on, it asked me to register on either t-mobile or sprint network. I’m not using either one of those. I have straight talk. This phone will not register to my network! It works but tries to register/ connect to network many times through the day and constantly has a notification at the top saying ‘registration not complete. Please contact service provider’. Straight talk says it is registered with them and activated but this message will not go away. Even with a new SIM card. That is the only problem I have encountered.

Confezione ed imballo a parte, decisamente non originale la prima ed essenziale e minimale il secondo, il telefono è decisamente nuovo come da aspettative essendoci specificato ricondizionato eccellente. In confezione esclusivamente il cavo USB-c e alimentatore Super Fast Charging, da quanto posso capire mancano solo le cuffiette rispetto al nuovo. Per il resto quello che mi aspettavo, un gran bel prodotto, schermo stellare, e fotocamere davvero golose. Sicuramente la mia prima esperienza con il ricondizionato di ETech ottima davvero.

In my 30 years of life, this is my very first purchase of a refurbished device online (or even from in store). I didn’t know what to expect. But the phone looks literally brand new apart from a very minor scratch on the screen which isn’t visible unless you have a magnifying lens to look through. Battery is perfect and everything seems well. Changed my mind about refurbished products. I’m a believer now!

I’ve never ordered a phone off amazon before, let alone a brand name that’s been refurbished, but I gotta say it is super nice! It came practically brand new, I couldn’t even tell it was refurbished! I am giving 4.5 stars because I did have a bit of trouble with it updating like 5 or 6 times in one night so I couldn’t use it and I find I have to hold my finger a very certain way to use the fingerprint unlock. But other than that, I am super happy with this phone! The camera quality is beyond amazing, I love the slim sleek design and the big screen!

Phone came in a random blank little box with an offbrand fast-charge charger, and that’s it. Which I’m fine with! Seems to be brand new in perfect condition, other than a core processing error popping up every couple minutes, causing me to be unable to open my dial pad or contacts. It was an easy fix with a quick Google search, but some people would probably just return the phone thinking there’s something really wrong with it. I gave 4 stars due to that factor. All I had to do was clear the caches and data for both the phone and contact apps, and it works perfectly now!
