I don’t like the power button is or volume button is.. it cuts off while talking.. the volume button only works the media sounds..

Very sharp and bright 6.2″ display. Much faster than the old TCL Tracfone that it replaces. Easy setup running Android. I am quite pleased with the upgrade.

I had to go on Tracfone to find out how to transfer my contacts from my old phone to my TCL 4X 5G. I didn’t get good instructions in the phone box. But eventually I got thru it on my own. TCL phone is surprisingly fun and easy to use.

This phone has an app that will eventually kill all your set alarms. My alarms are for medication that I MUST take 3 times a day along with others to keep me on schedule. The support people said it wasn’t game mode that was shutting off my alarms. But this is the only phone I’ve had with game mode. And the only phone that I’ve not been able to fix the problem of a missed alarm. This was not A missed alarm, it was systematically eliminating EVERY alarm. They would all with the first day. Then the next day miss 1 or 2 or more. By day there I’m lucky if even one alarm goes off.
I gave it a 3 because the alarm thing is critical and the main reason I carry a phone everywhere. Otherwise, everything else is perfect. It is quick and responsive and the display is great, long battery life. A wonderful alarm killer! 🙂
