Son lo que esperaba, poder utilizar estos audífonos en las diferentes consolas y sin ningún tipo de problema, el audio es sobresaliente!!

I wear glasses all day, every day. Despite how I adjust the head band and the “glasses pro spec” thing these still hurt my ears physically. And I wear very lightweight barely there frames (single construction thin pure titanium frames).

Every time I turn these on they fail to pair with the already paired transceiver on my XBox One X for no reason and then automatically powers off. I have to power it back on and then it pairs fine.

There are no firmware updates available.

Because of these problems I knocked off a whole star in my review for an otherwise stellar and fantastic product.

So to that point I can hear everything and it’s great and I love it. Now, just solve the problem for people that have to wear glasses.

Great headset a little uncomfortable overtime on the top of the head but the biggest issue I’ve had is randomly while playing games my audio will cut out and sound like interference. I’ve read online that it’s due to the frequency used by turtle beach, but I’m no expert, but I just know that it cuts out quite a few times while playing

The sound profile and customization is amazing, mic is good and connectivity options are great, with Bluetooth and every other platform through the 2.4ghz dongle. BUT, 1- it looks very cheap, almost like a toy; 2- the pressure it put on your head is insane… I would give it a 2/5 for comfort; 3- I’ve got a lot of connection issues, where the sound and mic would cut every now and then. For the price, I would definitely not recommend these.

On occasion the connection drops out while in game however it’s not super often. Product is comfortable and light weight. The sounds quality is good and I would recommend it to others.

Love this headset!!! Great price. We use it for gaming. Microphone and speakers are very nice. Love having the option of no cord. Battery life lasts. I can use it for quite a while. Loved them so much, we bought a 2nd pair for our other game room!!! Tutlrtle beach is thr best!!!

In terms of straight audio quality, this headset is amazing, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place. However, in terms of being a good gaming headset, it leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly, the knobs aren’t recessed, so if you game lying down or with your head resting on something, those knobs will be inadvertently twisting all the time, messing up your volume balance. Secondly, there’s a lot of head compression; it’s a very tight build. The isolation is great because of this, but for me, it’s not comfortable. Thirdly, the microphone isn’t clean; very crackly compared to other stuff I’ve used. Finally, and this was the deal-breaker for me, the latency is unacceptably high. I’ve seen tests of this headset putting it at around 90ms of latency, versus other gaming headsets between 15-30ms. It’s very noticeable, and super annoying. Again, if you JUST want AMAZING sound quality, here it is. However, if you want a gaming headset, there are way better ones at this price point.

First off is the size, these are definitely on the bulky side, and as someone with a small head the band at it’s smaller setting barely fits. It is tight to my head, but with the band resting on top of my head the ear cups feel just a TINY bit too low for me.

My second con is the range/ receiver strength. Part of the man appeal to non-wired headset is to not be tied to a pc, or controller. But the range cuts out the moment I leave my room. My kitchen is about 20 paces away and it begins to cut out, this is also through a wall. Also covering the left ear cup results in sound cutting out at just 5 feet from the transmitter. If I tilt my head to the left and rest the ear up on my shoulder it will cut out. This seems to be worse the lower the battery level is.

Third is that the “cooling technology” seems to be a gimmick. Sure when you first put it on it is cool to the touch as any leather type material would be. But after a while of playing my ears do still get warm.

Now for the pros. These sound amazing. Don’t let the “headset connected” voice fool you! I was worried at first because the voice sounds like crap. Very fuzzing sounding like it was recorded with a 1990 camcorder microphone. But that isn’t worth calling a con. I personally like a lot of bass in my gameplay, I care more about sound quality than hearing footsteps, and this headset is capable of that. There is the super human hearing mode which seems to increase the treble and amplify footsteps if that’s your thing. The modes are nice and I tend to switch between “signature sound” and “bass and treble boost” depending on what I’m playing/ watching. At first I couldn’t find a sound I was 100% happy with. It felt like the high tones were way too high and the low tones were way too low. But I paired it with the DTS program and I’m super happy with it. Sound is subjective, and the app allows for tuning of bass treble and voice, although a mid tone adjust would have perfected it.

They also seem very durable. I don’t travel with with them, but I find it hard to believe the reviews that claim their headband snapped just from putting it on their head, then putting it on their desk/ stand as it should. Unless they have a giants head. My guess is dropping, stepping, sitting on them etc and then hoping to get a refund by saying it was a defect.

The ability to be connected to my Xbox and my phone or laptop via Bluetooth is a great feature. When I am not playing competitive games I use this feature to listen to podcasts while I game.

The battery life is great. I’ve had them for 3 months and have charged them less than 5 times. Each time when I get down to around 20%. I play fairly casually, a couple of hours on most days. 40 hours should be plenty of life. Even 20 is plenty. Even the most hardcore of users will only need to plug in once a week probably.

The glasses relief adjustment is nice as someone who wear glasses. Pulling off the ear cups for the first time feels like you’re about to break them but they won’t.

The mic quality is good, the adjustable monitoring is great because you can turn it off completely or turn it way up.

Lastly some neutral notes, I’ve seen many reviews complaining about connectivity issues, I have had my dongle plugged into my Xbox since I got these and I have never had to unplug/ replug it and never had connection issues. This was probably fixed with an update. Which leads to the second point of complaints of needing to plug it into a computer to update it. This isn’t a big issue for me because I have a laptop. But it’s worth noting you do need a pc or laptop to update the headset, you plug in the headset and the dongle into your device to update so you need at least 2 USB ports. The headset is still usable if you don’t update though, it doesn’t brick your headset when you need to update. There are also complaints about the app, but I have no complaints other than maybe adding a midrange adjustment. It’s simple and intuitive. It is Jair for adjusting levels, creating a custom EQ, turning on/off superhuman hearing, mic monitoring and mapping the button and the volume wheel on the headset itself.

Overall 4/5 stars. I’m happy with my purchase and the pros outweigh the few cons for my use of them.

I think the sound quality and ease of setup are great. The one problem I have is the earpiece connection is a very thin plastic, and maybe my head is a little big. but this is the 3rd set of turtle beach headsets I have owned. all three broke in the same spot. I had 2 600’s and the latest 700. 600’s I have super glued and taped up the 700, I did the same and actually contacted the manufacturer. I received an email asking what happened to cause them to break. Actually, nothing I came down picked the headset up and it fell apart in my hand. Hopefully, they will work on this quality issue, they are a good headset overall

Headset runs small. I don’t have a large head, and this thing is still really snug. Ears hurt after a few hours of wearing it. They advertise that the padding can be modified for fitting glasses and it cannot.

The sound is also sub-par. Probably the only reason it doesn’t get 3 stars is because the footsteps in shooters are easy to detect. Bass is next to nothing. The sound doesn’t get loud enough for game volume in any capacity. As well, the connectivity of the headset is spotty. I’ve had major problems with it functioning properly and sometimes even connecting all together.

    Definitely better headsets out there.
