I liked the phone and the specks for the money, wasn’t sure about the mfg, but I have brought a lot of unknown Chinese phones off Amazon (Umidigi, Cubot) and I have be pleasantly surprised at the performance for the price, better than Best Buy and cell phone company stores (T-Mobile, ATT etc.) out of the box I was impressed, when I took it to Metro PCS it hooked up just fine and I was happy with the purchase, when I got to work the next day I put in the WIFI password to the internet to help with data downloads, (I don’t have WIFI at home). When it grabbed that WIFI signal it immediately started to download stuff without my permission (Wireless Update) then it installed without my permission, after that the phone stopped receiving the cell phone signal, I mean I even lost the signal strength bars, the only thing in that corner of the phone was the battery percentage, tried factory reset, nothing, took it back to Metro and they spent 20 min with it trying to get it to work since they knew the day before it was OK, they were talking to each other and I was listening to the jargon, they were saying things like, ” I can see the data points but…..” all and all I had to return it, the case and screen protectors back to Amazon, a first time for me, and they refunded my money to my account the next day. I’m hearing now that these Chinese phones are spying on us and that “Wireless update” is nothing but trouble and has nothing to do with wireless anything” shame on them for this intrusion, but I always say what goes around…….thank goodness for Amazons return policy, “thanks again Amazon for a wonderful shopping experience!!”

The 8GB / 128GB make work easy with plenty of space. I’ve installed all my old apps from my old phone and there’s still 90% space left. Of course the camera is not comparable to premium phones, but it still makes some nice images – especially with good illumination. Multitasking works well with the built-in task manager provided by Android 11. Also swipe gesture works good. Will never go back to 3 button control. Fingerprint in the back and face recognition work usually for fast login. Good package with everything like fast charger, case, screenprotector, so no additional purchases needed. Helps with my budget.

The phone worked as described for the first few months, great battery life, photos and video were ok. But then continually lost wifi connection, even in my house, 6 feet away from the modem! I thought the problem was the modem, but all other devices connected to the wifi were still working, including another cell phone and a ring doorbell. The only way to get it reconnected to Wifi was to Restart the phone. This gets really old when having to do multiple restarts everyday. Also, would not connect to Wifi at work or anywhere. Cheaper is definitely not better. Going back to a Samsung Galaxy.

This is the only Ulefone I have ever had a problem with in years. Don’t get me wrong because everything else is as advertised (long battery life, cameras, fingerprint scanner). I just had a problem with getting my T-Mobile to work flawlessly with it. I even got a new sim card and went T-Mobile for help because the biggest complaint was that I could get it on the network but then I would have problems receiving or placing phone calls. I have never had this problem with any of the other Ulefone notes that I have owned before. Also, let me add that I always follow directions but still couldn’t get it to work properly!!

This is the 2nd. Ulefone that I’ve had issues with. After a week of usage, this 12P started acting up with the power switch not working. When it did, it took over 3 minutes for the phone to get to the home screen. Then a frozen screen of video snow (randomly) would completely cover the screen. Took a few combinations of Volume UP and Down and Power ON and OFF to get it back to a normal state. Hate to say it, but it’s going back as defective to Amazon. Oh yea, I forgot to mention that this Ulefone Note 12P weighs in at just over 1 lb. Little hefty and feels like a brick in your hand.

Für mich eines der wichtigsten Eigenschaften am oder im Smartphone ist der “Akku”! Wenn also schon dieser bei mir gerade mal einen halben Tag schafft durchzuhalten, dann ist das Smartphone für meine Bedürfnisse ungeeignet! Ansonsten gibt es einige Kleinigkeiten die ebenfalls nicht gerade so gut sind, da aber bei mir der Akku Hauptgrund für die Rücksendung ist, gehe ich bei den anderen Kleinigkeiten nicht näher ins Detail ein!
Für viele Nutzer wird dieses Smartphone dennoch eine Freude sein, nicht das Smartphone arbeitet mit dem Benutzer, sondern der Benutzer mit dem Smartphone, daher ist alles eine Frage des Benutzers!! Deshalb kann ich dieses Smartphone trotzdem bedingt weiter empfehlen!

La descrizione è stata allettante e nonostante che non conoscevo la marca l’ho ordinato. Va bene che è un po’ pesante e grosso rispetto ad altri smartphone in questa fascia di prezzo. Quello che mi ha scoraggiato è che non è riuscito a tenere una connessione wifi pur essendo a due metri dal modem. La perdeva in continuazione per poter riconnettersi. O usavo i dati o convivevo con le continue interruzioni. Alcune app si aprivano lentamente e a volte ho notato un riavvio doppio. Pensavo di aver fatto un affare invece dovevo fare il reso e prenderne uno di una marca diversa. La consegna di Amazon e la procedura per il reso merita cinque stelle.

It is a great phone, I am just interested to know about if others have the same issue. The first charge lasted 48 hours but when I dropped down to zero and charged it again( as the manual suggest) now the charge just lasted 24 hours. Also some aplications like WhatsApp notifications are not working correctly (there is no sound when somebody call me) I will assume that is something related with the android system. Farter than that, other things are working perfect, we love the camera but you have to make sure to disable the watermark (of the brand of the phone) for not getting print on every photos.

Io lo trovo molto interessante nel rapporto qualità prezzo. Si spende poco ma hai per le mani un ottimo prodotto, con caratteristiche tecniche di ultima generazione, molto rapido, semplice ed intuitivo. Molto pratica la tecnologia dual SIM full Active associata al Volte. Davvero un ottimo prodotto.
