This has been a great phone so far. No scratches or signs of use. Unlocked as stated. Much better battery life than my SE2 and the 5g speed is a nice bump. Don’t buy refurbished or used from anywhere else. False advertising for an “unlocked” phone is common.

I had the previous generation and loved it. Decided to go with the newer generation and it’s even better. I prefer smaller phones due to wrist/hand soreness and this is ideal for those who have pain using a phone, arthritis, or small hands. The battery is pretty solid for it’s size. Wish it lasted a bit longer, but not a big deal. Processor and storage fits what I need with a phone. Can’t really go wrong with this unless you need a bigger screen and more storage. An elite phone for an affordable price!

My original phone was destroyed a few days before Christmas. I ordered a phone and on line it said delivery would be about Jan 3. I called the customer service number and they were so helpful! The gentleman on the phone called when they received my order from Amazon and immediately FedEx’ed it to me and I received it 2days later. The phone looks brand new and I have been using it for a week and have no problems. Would definitely do business with them again.

Took forever to get here but a very nice phone in good shape. Not perfect. Had two light marks on screen but you had to look real hard to see them. And I just turned stuff off to make battery last longer. Battery lasts a lot longer now. Girlfriend done the same on hers to. Doing this does work! And you can return phone in 90 days for whatever. Very happy with it so far!

To begin with, I am an Android person making the switch to Apple IPhone because my child got an iPhone and to regulate/monitor their activity I have to be on IPhone also. An inconvenience I will have to take with a grain of salt. The phone is nice. Making the switch is painful in learning the “Apple” way, but do-able. The battery life is amazing. A smaller screen size than I am used to, but manageable. Until I get my apps switched over I am carrying two phones. Makes the learning curve easier with less cussing. The camera is nothing to write home about but it works just fine. Would I recommend the phone? Sure…it is a nice phone. Would I purchase again? No, but only because I would get something bigger with no home button. I understand if you are upgrading from an iPhone 8 or SE 2020 all the functionality is the same, but with newer technology. I like the phone. Good purchase.

Spent a lot time to find out why the SIM card doesn’t work while talking on the phone with the carrier. Went to the store to troubleshoot and confirmed both physical SIM and eSIM don’t work. Product returned last week but the system still shows it’s not received. Don’t buy from this vendor.

We normally don’t leave reviews. We want to first commend the reseller Mac Of All Trades through the Renewed program. They provided excellent service and speedy delivery.
Next, transferring our Ting SIMS with Verizon service was a breeze. It took a few tries to transfer the data by updating the iOS and then wiping the phones. One was successfully restored from an iPhone 7 backup. The other had the data transfer via proximity to the old iPhone 7 and the option to transfer from the other old iPhone 7.
In our case, they fit our existing cases (pun intended). They just need screen covers so that saved some money. Overall, the SE 3rd Generation was a solid choice especially since we prefer the physical home button to the virtual home button available through accessibility options. If you work for Apple’s product development team, please consider that not all customers value screen size over the home button. Please offer some newer models with the home button.
The final point is that we received OEM female A charging adapters, with Lightning to USB-C cables so it’s a good thing that we asked in advance. We bought separate female C to male A adapters.
We can’t guarantee the same experience for anyone else. Thank you. Be safe and well.

Fast shipping, unit arrived in perfect condition, screen and body both. Restored from iCloud perfectly.

It arrived one day after the initial timeframe packaged reasonably and undamaged. It was graded as “excellent, with no scratches visible in 12 inches” I found no evidence of previous use but a protective screen added on the face. The battery life is 100% and it looks new. It came with cord and a sim card tool.

My main usage for this phone is for taking photos on my walks, and as an emergency connection when I’m travelling. I live in a remote part of BC Canada, and a trip to our small town is a half hr drive away. Winter is the hardest depending on road conditions. Where i live, i have to still have to have a landline. Cellphone service is like a Dalmatian dog out here….spotty…..so i needed the best cellphone i could get and this was a newer version of my se1…that i loved but it stoped taking updates…. I need a phone that i can literally trust with my life. PS…..this phone was actually delivered over a week before its delivery date. Thank you for that.🥰!
