I am a big dell girl and like to be eco-friendly, so of course I would look for a refurbished (renewed) laptop on Amazon. The specs on this laptop are great and they work well for what I needed it for. No webcam on the laptop but no big deal cause I like to have 4K quality anyways which is easy to get if I ever want it later. I am happy with Amazon’s renewed service and products. Will be coming back for more. The computer came perfect, if anything changes I will add an update. Out of the box though, I’m super happy with my laptop and purchase.
Review Update | 4/10/23 I am still happy with the Laptop the only downfall is that the battery came with 75% battery capacity and dies after a few hours of use. It also cannot be updated to Windows 11. Because of this, it lost a star! Other than that, I will keep an eye out on anything else and update this review if needed.
Review Update | 5/18/23 After using this laptop for a little over a month now I have just seen two things pop up for the laptop. (1) the battery continues to be no good. I have to charge it all the time. (2) the built in speaker is now giving me static noises as if they are defective. Doesn’t matter if its on a low volume setting, or high…. So in summary bad battery, bad built-in speakers.

The laptop was well package for shipping. Seems to work fine so far for what I use it for. Decent price. could have been a little cleaner. Quick dust up and it was good to go. I use it plugged in so far so can’t comment on the battery life.

I needed a small Windows 10 machine, and I really didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I admit, I was skeptical about being able to get a serviceable machine for $168.00, but Ka-Boom- Here it is. This laptop is very clean indeed. It was very well-packed and it arrived as advertised. For some reason, I can’t get the headphone-out to work, but I was able to insert a USB-C to 1/8″ adapter that I normally use with my MOTO Edge +. All in all, this laptop is an astonishing value. I’ll be buying from this vendor again.

Disappointed my carelessness broke the screen on my 15 year old HP Pro book. So far no problems with used Dell. Renovating 2 homes & retired,; because of “Bidenomics”, keen to ONLY SPEND for MATERIALS! Everyone entitled to their opinion. Married a different skin color & race; “Dem Think;” I think 1 RACE = Human & no others.
Other than transferring what I need in September, for a solo Gig, to new laptop next month; ensuring success; money well spent. According to ability; materials for improvement, permanent residence, vacation residence or rentals, will PERMANENTLY END their carrier.
Unless building a custom Desktop; only trust Dell, preserving $$$, certainly to keep everything working. Reason I will never again buy anything HP. Replaced a Perfectly working HP Pro 8600, because when servicing device, either an Indie, or HP website, managed to DELETE Win Software for the 20 + year old slow but RELIABLE Pro 8600 HP printer. Next visit to vacation home, will only use it as a FAX, until replacing HP ENVY all in one with the older 8600 Pro as a FAX ONLY, Remanufactured cartridges 8600 XL inexpensive & last almost a year.

Very much noticably worn in some places. Was probably a display unit in a store or something. Battery is pretty weak. On sleep mode, it only charged halfway. Full charge only last a little over two hours with continuous use which leads me to believe it was some sort of display unit that was plugged in 24/7 for an extended amount of time. Of it still is the original battery inside, it’d be 4 years old I believe from original production so not too surprised with that and have already ordered a replacement that was only about $40. I’m just using this as a media player that I’m connecting to my tv via HDMI so my main concern was it being able to stream at high definition at a good speed. It does that very well and something new with similar specs would probably cost three times more but this does everything I need it to do on the cheap.

Llegó en buenas condiciones. La puse a cargar, le cambié la configuración a español, le instalé Chrome, un antivirus, ajusté la hora, probé el teclado, el Bluetooth, la cámara, el puerto usb, el sonido de los altavoces y llevo con ella tres días, y hasta el momento todo ha funcionado muy bien.
