I really like this laptop but I’m keeping the box it came in just in case I have to return it. The only concern I have is that it gets hot on the bottom when I use it.

Paid a total of $298.51 (incl. taxes) for this laptop.
Condition was very good, and getting Windows setup was very quick. Everything is very fast and responsive. Battery life seems to be OK. I used the other day for a couple of hours and I had no issues.
Keep in mind that I wasn’t trying to push the laptop to its limits or anything. I intend to use this laptop for basic tasks, and as such if the battery performance isn’t great, I have no issues with that because I don’t mind it keeping plugged in.
I did not notice a lot of bloatware, expect for rubbish apps that come installed with Windows on default.
I thoroughly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a laptop for basic office work (email, zoom calls, web browsing etc.).

It is very light; its battery life is not the best but for its price it is quite decent. Takes about two hours without a charger using YouTube and playing Roblox, it’s pretty regularly overwacth 2 and a little better Valorant but isn’t something to think about that can be used just for gaming purposes. League of Legend can be played at over 60 fps

Seems to be a good solid notebook computer. We use them for our front desk ticket sales and reservations. This unit has two HDMI inputs, which allow for simultaneous use of a mouse and a credit card scanner.

I think it’s a good product so far, I just wish I had received a power cord. almost 2 weeks since I got it and I still can’t use it… very frustrating. seemed okay for the little while I was able to use it though.

Laptop looks nice and works but did not have smart card reader or backlit keyboard. Didn’t really need the smart card reader but very disappointed about the backlit keyboard.
