I have never purchased a reconditioned phone in the past. I have to say this was well worth it! The phones look brand new and operate flawlessly. The transfer from the old pixel phone was easy. The battery life, camera, operating speed are all fantastic compared to my old pixel 5. I would certainly recommend this phone

I was not able to use the phone outside of checking out the features, and setting it up. The issue was that is was a Verizon Locked Phone, and Verizon would not unlock the phone unless I joined their network, and then I would have to wait 3 months for that to happen. in short the phone is worth the money I just was not able to get it unlocked.

Bought it as a 2nd phone for tinkering and it’s incredible. Battery lasts 2 days easy and it functions flawlessly.

I have always had Samsung phones so this was something new to me. I had the feeling it was developed for young males not an old lady. Much of what it had to offer was very contemporary, too much for me. I worked at getting it set up to where I liked and could deal with it, but I was unsuccessful. Much to my disappointment I had to return it. I wanted so much to keep it because the camera is awesome, but I could not make the rest of the camera user-friendly for me.

Lamentablemente hice una mala compra, pues intenté liberarlo pero no existía posibilidad aunque se pagara ya que la compañía originaria Verizon no proporcionó ayuda alguna y por fuera intenté buscar algún servicio en internet que brinde el desbloqueo de compañía pero no existe para este modelo. Aún sigo esperando mi reembolso, ojalá no demore.

El precio es excelente por la calidad en la que llego mi dispositivo, únicamente tiene una abolladura en la parte superior (casi imperceptible), y unas muy pequeñas la parte del módulo de las cámaras, pero es excelente por el precio que pagué, 5000 pesos mexicanos. El otro detalle es que fue un poco difícil la entrega e incluso se atrasó, pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente

Lo que pasa con este teléfono es que en ningún lado te especifican que puede venir bloqueado por parte de la sim y eso es un problema, además de que al menos yo lo conseguí un poco más caro del precio que está ahora a finales de jun 2024 y mi experiencia fué un poco amarga por el hecho de que me costó muchísimo activar a mi sim local.

The listing title had “Verizon-locked” in the title, however, the phone was not compatible with the Verizon network. After hours spent talking with tier-2 support and in-store staff, they assured me that the phone is not compatible with Verizon. Is it legal to sell people a phone marketed like this?
