After reading some reviews I was worried that it was a hit or miss with the console working. The Xbox came 2 days after I placed my order (without prime) and 2 weeks before the estimated arrival time. The box was a little banged up (probably from shipping) Everything worked as it should. I have been using the Xbox for 3 days now and everything works fine. The 4K is amazing but be sure to turn it on in settings. My only complaints are the console came covered in dust and had a small dent on a corner. After a quick clean it looked good as new. I’m not sure what normal xboxes come standard with but this one had 200gb of pre installed data which seemed a bit excessive. Would definitely recommend!

I have two issues that I will address. I’ve never really written a review but I felt I had to for this. First I would like to say this. I have a sort of the OG Xbox one console in white and I started having some personal preference issues such as turning on randomly and slow loading and gaming times. It works great though. But I thought it was time to upgrade so I looked into the one x. Price wise it was a lot so I came across renewed. Long story short I did my research and bought one SOULY FOR THE CONSOLE. HOWEVER there are two main issues with my purchase. Number one is the controller. I understand it’s “used” but the controller I received is trashed. Sticks are down to the plastic, buttons barely work, it’s disgusting in terms of like gunk on it and I’m not happy. And secondly shipping could have been a lot better. I simply received it in a box and the console wrapped in bubble wrap. Could have easily been thrown around and broken but luckily it wasn’t. Overall the console I received was in decent condition better than I expected and so far I have had 0 issues. Came with hdmi and power cable which look brand new. Overall I’m fairly happy but just keep in mind… there USED

It looks like part and pieces of whatever they had. Not in an original Xbox box. But in a USPS shipping box and then put in an Amazon shipping box. Really sketchy. The unit is scratched and nasty looking. The Xbox makes a loud noise while running. Its noisier than boiling water . Probably indicative how much energy was put into the fans not being replaced or cleaned. refurbished. not so much. The unit does not work plugged into the modem only wireless. For 90 more dollars I bought an Xbox One X. We’ll see how that goes.

This item arrived 2 days earlier than expected and in perfect condition! The controller included was drifting a bit during play- I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement! Would definitely buy from them again! Excellent service and item!
