Works great, although the controls were a bit weird for me at first on most games (as the last time I played on a PlayStation was at least five years ago). Never froze yet for me, no bug, easy to connect to the Internet. Love it.

I got this play station about a year ago and it came earlier then told! I was so excited to have it in my hands, when I opened it up, everything was in the box! The cords, controller, and of course the play station! It works perfectly like its brand new! You do have to buy your own games for the PS4, but you would have to do that for every game system huh? I also love how much storage it has! This has to be the best decision I’ve made!

I needed a PS4 to replace my old one, and this renewed one was right in my price range — it works and functions pretty much exactly like a brand-new one! The only real complaint that I had is that it took me a bit too long to actually get to the point of setting things up and transferring data because I couldn’t get the controller to actually let me get past the start-up screen at first, despite having the controller plugged in via USB cable as instructed — I swapped out the USB cable for one of my spares and it worked fine, so I think the cable I was given might have been on the fritz? So, I would just say to make sure you have some USB cables that can be used for a PS4 controller on hand just in case if you get a renewed model like this. But like I said before, beyond that small inconvenience, it works really well and I’m quite satisfied!
