Mine only works with Verizon MVNO’s that use Verizon network. I use it with US Mobile. I wanted to use it with Visible but they said they don’t support my phone yet.

I’m very pleased with this phone. It’s a fairly recent edition, which suits me fine. The switch from old phone to the new one went without a hitch (why do I hate that part so much?). I haven’t had any problems. Very satisfied.

I got my Samsung galaxy s20 fe today. The phone is like new, but I can’t use it. I have AT&T and the phone is Verizon and not unlocked. I did but in an order issue to them. Waiting to hear back and see if it can be unlocked and fixed or if I have to send it back. If they get it fixed that I can use it will change my review form 2 stars to 5. Edit: I was able to get a return label next day to send back. They were friendly and great to try to find a solution.

The phone had a good appearance with no visible defects at opening of the box. When I took it to ATT to initiate service with them the phone powered on with all of the Verizon startup screens (I still get the Verizon “Welcome” screen when powering on -mildly irritating). Initially the ATT rep said it wasn’t unlocked, however he was able to set it up. The fingerprint security does not work as it will not read a fingerprint at set up). Other than those issues I still like the phone. I’m able to get at least two days use between charges and up to four days with primarily voice calls and minimal screen on time.
Overall a good value for the money if you can look past the aforementioned issues.

The seller was on point with the details on this phone. I had to make a hard decision to switch phones since my S21 ultra screen cracked terribly on Halloween and i was going to have to pay $300 plus to get the curved screen fixed. I was handed that phone from my brother since he upgrades his phones each year and hands me the previous phones for very cheap. So basically I needed a new phone asap that the price was right. Well I’m loving my new phone and the price, quality and service was right. Thank you to this seller, the phone came 2 days earlier than expected. Soooo happy to have trusted you. God bless you.
