I took alot of time to research phones and sellers. We were switching carriers to xfinity. Naively I thought that an unlocked phone was good to go and of course you can’t access an imei number to check in advance. We were phoneless for about a week. Thank goodness all we usually get are junk calls. Down to the xfinity store we go. This particular brand, we found out later, DOES NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME even if it is unlocked. Then starts the arduous process of reordering another model and returning this one and the case I ordered. I really needed to chat with Amazon but neither my Amazon app nor my computer could point me to customer service. They just wanted to automate everything. I needed help. Anyway, what I learned is that even an unlocked phone often does not work if your carrier is different from what the phone had been used on. So do you feel lucky? Too bad the phone looked new. So another week without a phone.

I cannot believe it! My Samsung s21 FE cell phone is awesome! I convinced myself that I would be okay with a scratch or some other flaw when FedEx delivered my new phone. I inspected the entire thing, visually and mechanically, only to find that I bought a perfect, beautiful lavender cell phone at a discounted price. It proves to me that sometimes the offers that seem too good to be true, really are true!

Was using iPhone 12 before this and was expecting several more hours of usage but utterly disappointed. Even with 60hz I was getting the same usage hours. But it feels nice

I’ve had the phone for almost a week now and everything has been great. Love it honestly. But when I went to charge it today, it wld not connect n charge. I restarted it and tried several chargers before I was finally able to get it connect. No idea what the issue is but when I spoke to Amazon they told me they can only do refunds then I have to purchase a new phone. Unfortunately that leaves me without a phone for several days. But otherwise the phone is generally great.

Really happy with this phone. I purchased it refurbished and was kind of worried about quality control but it looked brand new when I opened it. Zero complaints!

I ordered this expecting somwhat of a slightly used phone just as the title described with some but very subtle marks from wear and tear. It basically came brand new and performed as best as it possibly can BUT and this is a big but. The packaging. Horrendous, when I received the package in my hands you could literally shake the phone inside the box and hear it freely hit the walls along with the charger and the USB C cable(kudos for that). I basically shipped out this item out of the US so besides going through many people in UPS and many miles in a truck with a lot of possible turbulence it also flew many miles to my country till I was able to retrieve it. It other words PLENTY OF CHANCES FOR IT TO GET DESTROYED. That on itself speaks more about the quality and durability of the device than the effort placed by the vendor to make it at leas a little bit safe. Even a bit of bubble wrap would’ve been appreciated. Otherwise it came in a brand new state. Fingerprint sensor worked great, performance is great, battery life is amazing, the face recognition works good. Now my only advice would be to be careful with what over the screen screen protector you choose since it will DEFINITELY interfere with the fingerprint sensor, I learned that the hard way and went from having a snappy instantaneous sensor to failing to recognize my fingers multiple times in a row. All in all I would recommend for people to buy this if they are within the US. But for outsiders its too much of a gamble to risk your hard earned money with sub-par packaging.
