I use this “phone” strictly for Napster, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Showtime, TCM, Kindle and can load any apps from Google apps just as if it was a tablet. That is what it is for me. A mini tablet. I loaded a micro USB and store entertainment. You could call 911 if you needed to, but that’s it as far as a phone. Wifi only works if you are somewhere that you can connect to a wifi source. I use ExpressVPN if I’m not at home using my own protected wifi. This was an inexpensive small device I use for fun. It has an earphone jack, a must, because the sound is just so-so. But sounds great under headphones. Has most everything a regular Samsung Tablet has, but you can carry it in your pocket. Just don’t add a SIM card and you’re good to go. I don’t know how it would work as a phone. I have a Samsung S21 and 5 Samsung Tablets, but I prefer this for travel and play. Highly recommend for fun!

I have been using this phone for over 1 week and have not had any problems with it. It was very easy to activate and very easy to transfer everything from my old phone to this new one using Samsung Smart Switch. I would recommend this phone especially since the price is so good. It also charges alot faster than my old Samsung j3. Very happy with this purchase!

The first phone we ordered worked great for 4 days. Then, it would not charge and finally died and would not come on. When I requested a replacement the problem was that the phone would not turn on so I could not wipe it to send it back. I had some personal banking info on it and I did not feel comfortable sending it back with out being able to wipe the phone. Amazon worked it out so that they would send me a new phone without me having to send the broken one back AND the 2yr protection plan transferred to the new device! A+++ service Amazon!!!

I had thought this would have 5G because it was new for the year 2022 it does not it only has 4G it is also locked for TracFone however you can use Wi-Fi on it you do not need to register it for TracFone so if you would want to turn it into like a little gaming handheld with the external controller that would be possible you can still access Google Play and all essential features you don’t need to register it to TracFone I’m sure they don’t like that though it does have a MicroSD card slot and a SIM card slot obviously it comes with a SIM card ejector and I would honestly get a case it’s not super durable it’s not really good glass I mean it’s like Gorilla Glass two or three I think but if you’re super concerned about needing Gorilla Glass 3 or more I would look into a case

I bought this phone and the only problem is the charging cord that comes with it, it has the same plug on each end which makes it worthless. They could at least include a cord that I could use. The company can fix this if they will, I would like a cord that can be plugged into a charging block, not another phone just like the one I bought.
