Received the phone all by itself. So note this does not include charger or original box. However the phone I received was exactly the model I ordered and as far as I can tell it’s basically NEW. The only spot that shows wear was around the primary camera lense, no scratches on lense itself but there was a tiny but of paint missing on the border. Other that. That the battery life is currently showing 97% healthy which was my biggest concern. Would buy again and recommend to friends.

The phone I ordered was advertised as unlocked but I received a T-Mobile one. Also, the charger that came with it is a Samsung charger. Why would I buy a fast charging phone that doesn’t come with the original charger. Phone itself is probably great, do not buy from this seller.

I was trying to find a new brand to switch to since my old smart phone, the Pixel 2 was showing many signs of age. But I didn’t want to get the same brand or the usual ones. Surprise to say the OnePlus phones are very much great at what they do as smartphones. The overall quality for the price they’re asking for is just right. If you want a strong phone with good Camara specs and ram, I’d highly recommend trying the OnePlus series

When I got the phone it still came with the original box albeit in very rough shape. What I got is the ace pro 5g 12/256 version. The phone itself is excellent shape. The battery was flat dead but seems to be holding a charge. It obviously didn’t come with the correct charger because it is a china phone with an indian version of oxygen os. I have been test driving this phone for a bit trying to figure out if I am going to keep it. The elephant in the room is the missing channels for 5g and 4g. In my area I mostly don’t notice any difference. The issue is I am pretty sure the coverage is worse than my old 8t it is replacing. In the future I think amazon needs to start a more stringent process for phone wranglers. They need to disclose if they are selling a Chinese/India market phone. It is not the same as a unlocked euro phone or usa phone.

I have no idea what kind of stuff all these other reviews are talking about! I got the exact phone I ordered with the specified charger on perfect condition with no issues! If you want the unlocked US Version with the original SyperVooc Charger, don’t hesitate to buy! Everything is exactly as it is supposed to be. I think these other reviewers don’t know phones or what they are talking about. Once again, the OnePlus 10t is unlocked version….BUY IT!

Not unlocked as advertised and does not come with the Supervooc charger as advertised. This phone DOES NOT quick charge without the Supervooc charger. By the time you buy the correct charger, you could buy a newer phone that’s not refurb. This also had corporate software that couldn’t be removed even with a full master reset. Software prevented new apps and even gmail accounts from being installed on the phone
