like this phone. The screen is large & very clear. Taking photo with this phone is very easy & the clarity is great. I bought it for a relative in a foreign country and it works really well so far. All in all, a good buy.

It took a week to arrive. You must budget to purchase a charger and cable as their off-brand Fast-Charger is not fully compatible and just charges in Slow mode. The cable will not transfer data and can only be used for charging. The phone itself seems to be like new and $100 cheaper than MSRP. I do think they should have included a functioning compatible fast charger as well as a charge/data cable.

I was looking for a device only to play Amazon Music along with a microSD playlists. I tried many of the devices on Amazon like the MyMahdi and the Pescu players. Cheap and slow. The Samsung Galaxy A13 works very well for my needs. It connects to my bluetooth speakers instantly. It come with a pre-installed player that has a timer and there is no lag time. Wifi is not slow nor does it fade in and out like the cheap players. This is a renewed device which has no blemishes or defects. Don’t know how it would function as an actual phone, but it does everything I need it to do very well.

Bought for my mom as Samsung is not updating most of the A20 phones anymore (her old phone) so I had to upgrade to a phone that already had the updated software I needed for my carrier (Puretalk) who has upgraded their services to 5G, etc. Works well, faster than the A20, camera is better, too. Will have to buy another one of these to replace one of my daughter’s A20, as well, with the same issue. Good buy.

I like the long battery life so far. It’s heavier than my previous Moto (but that was super-thin). My biggest complaint (and it sounds silly), but when i text, it rarely corrects my mis-types into known words. IDK why, but for some reason, my i’s & o’s wind up being 8’s & 9’s in the MIDDLE of a word (& it won’t correct it). Obviously, I’m fat-fingering my keys, but it SHOULD correct it. And, auto-correct IS ON. I don’t have that problem with my work iphone or my previous Moto, but i’m not returning to Moto due to their minimum # of system upgrades. My wife hears my frustration & constantly tells me-Just get a new phone….
