I was so excited to get this phone. 3 if my friends have it. Maybe because mine was refurbished, but it didn’t work! I can’t talk on phone unless it is on speaker phone. (Which then the person I am taking to can barely hear me). And when the description says “Super Fast Charging boosts your battery in just minutes”… it doesn’t. It has been plugged in for an hour now without it being used and still at only 52%. I have anyways bought refurbished phones (not from this seller), and have never had a problem. I have major health problems and now I will be without a phone while I do a return and wait for another phone. Even if I kept this phone, I wouldn’t be able to call 911 because they can’t hear me!!!
